At 4.30pm on a Friday afternoon my Bosch washing machine had a flashing key and would not open. The fixes on the internet did not work. I was given the details of Domestic Repairs and within 2 minutes I had a call back. I had no model number and no details but Phil found my 10yr old model and gave me a fix and guided me through getting the machine to the end of the programme. By 5pm all was resolved.
I am hugely impressed by the professional manner, the speedy response and the true wish to help me out at their own expense ( they did not charge me for the help over the phone despite my offer to pay something). Put this number in your phone for all problems with appliances – they are brilliant !
