Q. What do your charges include?
A. Call Out and complete labour covering all visits required to complete the repair (parts if required are extra)
Q. Do your engineers carry spare parts for any appliance?
A. All our vehicles carry a range of fast moving spares to facilitate a first visit repair as this is more cost effective to the company and more convenient to our customers.
Q. How do you book appointments?
A. We normally book appointments with a window of time, this would include a courtesy phone call 30-45 minutes prior to arrival.
Q. If a spare part needs to be ordered, how long would it take?
A. Most spare parts take 2-3 days to arrive in stock if UK held, 10-14 days from Europe, some manufacturers offer a next day delivery service for an extra fee.
